Customer Success Manager, Corporate Full Time

This role is at the heart of a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS environment focused on delivering high-impact market intelligence solutions to enterprise clients. The Customer Success Manager will ensure customers derive maximum value from a sophisticated analytics platform by driving adoption, engagement, and long-term satisfaction. Working closely with Sales and Account Management, this role supports clients across diverse industries such as technology, consumer goods, energy, consulting, and life sciences. The position blends strategic advisory work with hands-on execution, including onboarding, training, and ongoing client enablement. It requires strong relationship-building skills and a consultative mindset to understand varied stakeholder needs across corporate functions. This is a highly collaborative and dynamic role, offering exposure to senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Accountabilities

• Drive client engagement across multiple communication channels, including virtual meetings, in-person sessions, and email, ensuring strong platform adoption and meaningful use case development.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing education programs to help clients successfully integrate the platform into their workflows and maximize value realization.
• Monitor client usage and engagement data to identify adoption gaps, proactively recommend solutions, and deliver targeted strategies that improve outcomes and ROI.
• Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to support renewals, strengthen customer relationships, and articulate differentiated value.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by collecting insights, feedback, and success stories to inform product development and internal strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Support, and Sales to ensure alignment on customer needs and continuous improvement of the client experience.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles within SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Experience working with data to guide decisions, track engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, curious, and consultative mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
• Experience working in or supporting enterprise clients across industries is a plus.
