| Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is looking for a motivated | |
| Customer Service Technician. Customer Service Technicians are | |
| responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional answers | |
| to customers. | |

| Job Duties: | |
| – Identify and resolve commercial warranty & non-warranty issues | |
| – Locate service providers and arrange service for commercial | |
| stores | |
| – Process service requests | |
| – Complete all required data entry fields in NetSuite for each | |
| specific service dispatch | |
| – Perform diagnostics and offer technical assistance for both | |
| commercial and healthcare customers | |
| – Answer all emails and phone calls in a timely manner | |
| – Participate in customer service conferences | |
| Knowledge and Skills Preferred | |
| – High school diploma or equivalent | |
| – Excellent phone etiquette | |
| – Proven technical and diagnostic capabilities | |
| – Basic computer skills | |
| – Technical service | |
| – Ability to master software packages | |
| – Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment | |
| – Ensure a highly organized office space and proactive email | |
| management | |
| – Strong ability to follow through and successfully complete tasks | |
