What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide end-to-end support for customers, ensuring a positive experience in alignment with the company’s service delivery strategy
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and general account inquiries through various communication platforms
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers to understand and address their needs
• Communicate effectively and transparently, setting clear expectations for the customer experience
• Educate customers on self-service options and resolve complaints through active listening and problem-solving

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be flexible to work any assigned shift, including nights and weekends
• Minimum educational requirement: Some High School Coursework
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to communicate complex account information clearly and effectively
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
