If you’ve built experience in customer service, education, hospitality, retail, or administrative work and feel ready for something more flexible and growth-oriented, this opportunity offers a clear path to transition without starting over.
This role is designed for individuals who are dependable, people-focused, and open to learning a new skill set with structured training, mentorship, and proven systems.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a client-focused position where you’ll work with individuals who have already requested information.
- Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest
- Conduct scheduled conversations via phone or Zoom
- Provide guidance and help clients make informed decisions
- Assist clients with completing applications
- Work within a structured system supported by training and mentorship
👉 No cold outreach. Conversations are scheduled and service-driven.
- ⏱️ TIME STRUCTURE (FULL-TIME RANGE)
- 5–10 hours: follow-ups and confirmations
- 10–20 hours: client appointments
- 5–10 hours: training and development
💰 COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
- Income is directly tied to individual activity and results
