Customer Service/Sales Representative Full Time

Job Description

Atento is looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong Sales/Cross-Selling experience to support a major client in the healthcare industry.

In this outbound role, you will call health plan members to offer and schedule an in-home health screening included in their benefits. You’ll explain the service clearly, answer questions, and encourage members to take advantage of this important preventive care.

This is an onsite position. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) or English only.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cross-selling calls to health plan members to schedule in-home screenings, following approved scripts and providing accurate information.
• Verify and update member information, document each interaction, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Follow up with members as needed, comply with policies and regulations, and handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service professional with proven sales and cross-selling experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (minimum B2 English) or strong English-only profile.
• Clear, friendly communicator who can simplify complex information.
• Comfortable working with CRMs and office tools in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Willing to work onsite and weekends.
