The Customer Service Representative role is designed for a problem-solver who can effectively understand and address customer needs. 3. Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, or challenges related to products or services
• Listen actively to identify the root cause of customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions
• Document detailed call information for audit, reporting, and follow-up
• Update customer records to maintain accurate information
• Identify opportunities to present new or improved services that meet customer needs
• Provide recommendations that add value and improve the customer experience
4. Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions clearly
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail
• Experience in customer service or related roles
• Effective listening skills to understand customer needs accurately
