What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect & Assist: Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy-related questions.
- Problem-Solve & Recommend: Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products.
- Grow Professionally: Keep yourself sharp and up-to-date! Career path internally to other opportunities within.
- Learn & Excel: Take initiative to master additional processes and client-specific procedures to confidently handle secondary areas and provide comprehensive answers to inquiries.
- Support & Collaborate: Gain knowledge of department policies and processes to ensure seamless teamwork and client care.
What You Bring To The Table
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
