What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
• Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input in systems
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
• Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience, including 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and manage high call volumes (up to 100+ calls per day)
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a contact center environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
• Willingness to work overtime as required
