What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries from routine to complex issues
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions using Bank tools and resources while maintaining high client service standards
• Serve as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting activity and taking appropriate actions
• Identify cross-sales opportunities and promote Bank products to clients, making referrals as appropriate
• Maintain current knowledge of operations, policies, and procedures to assist both associates and clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using PC-based software and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong keyboard skills and ability to work in multiple software applications simultaneously
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous call center experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Bilingual skills in Spanish
