What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and claims
- Process forms and enter data related to benefits management in a timely manner
- Research and respond to claims-related questions
- Log and tag calls to support excellent customer care and internal communication
- Maintain high-quality work that promotes the company’s core values
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
- Knowledge of benefits management (CDH and COBRA) is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based products
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using a CRM system, especially the Alegeus system
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally
- Internally motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth
- Above-average analytical and problem-solving skills
