Job Description:
The Customer Relations Associate will provide customer service, order management, and administrative support to customers, sales, operations, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order processing. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Associate will work closely with the Customer and Consumer Relations Manager and other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate customer communications, and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
