Responsibilities

• Install custom accessories such as spoilers, running boards, roof racks, and interior enhancements using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance checks to ensure accessory compatibility and secure installation.
• Use technical tools like ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality of electronic accessories.
• Follow detailed installation procedures and safety protocols to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accessory fitment, wiring, or mechanical components during or after installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and calibrated.
• Document work performed accurately in service records and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience working on vehicles or similar machinery.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, and ratchets.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures and understanding of automotive systems.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electrical testing devices like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electronic components.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges.
