Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders with accuracy, and process payments promptly.
• Food Prep: Hand-bread chicken, make fresh sauces, coleslaw, and cookies, and more while ensuring portion control.
• Cooking: Cook and prepare menu items to order in a timely fashion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace, sanitize equipment, and wash dishes to meet safety regulations.
• Multitasking: Successfully balance customer orders with prep work and restocking duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous food handling or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right motivated individual.
• Certification: Active Food Handlers Card required.
• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 lbs.
• Teamwork: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills in a collaborative environment.
• Reliability: Dependable and able to follow safety and sanitation procedures closely. Ability to work at our Medford and Eagle Point Locations highly helpful!

Pay: $15.05 – $17.00 per hour
