CREW LEAD – HARDSCAPE & OUTDOOR LIVING CONSTRUCTION Full Time

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Ashton Pools By Design is looking for an experienced Crew Lead to join our growing construction team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and naturally leads others through example.

You will work alongside your crew each day, helping build high-end outdoor living projects while training, coaching, and developing team members. We are looking for someone who can keep a crew productive, organized, and focused while maintaining our standards for quality and professionalism.

This is a full-time, year-round position.

Projects Include:

• Concrete pavers
• Marble, travertine, and porcelain pavers
• Retaining walls
• Outdoor kitchens
• Fire features
• Pergolas and outdoor structures
• Pool decks and outdoor living spaces

Responsibilities:

• Lead a construction crew on active jobsites
• Work alongside team members throughout the day
• Train and develop less experienced crew members
• Ensure work is completed safely and correctly
• Maintain quality standards on every project
• Coordinate daily tasks and jobsite activities
• Read and follow project plans and layouts
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Set the standard for professionalism, work ethic, and accountability

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required
• 2-4 years of experience building hardscape projects
• Experience installing paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Experience with grading and site preparation
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and layouts
• Previous experience leading or training crew members preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
