What You’ll Do

• Create and schedule social media content for multiple brands
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist with blog writing, captions, website copy, and AI-assisted content creation
• Help create email marketing campaigns and digital assets
• Use AI tools to improve creative workflows, research, brainstorming, and production speed
• Assist with photo and video shoots
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams on campaigns and client projects
• Stay current on social media trends, viral content, and platform updates
• Help support branding, storytelling, and online engagement efforts
• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and written posts tailored for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage daily social media activities by scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social media channels through social listening tools to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and reach within target audiences.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding strategies that align with campaign goals and e-commerce initiatives.
• Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure performance and refine content strategies accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong experience using Canva and modern AI-powered creative tools
• Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Skilled in short-form video editing and multimedia content creation
• Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, blog optimization, and web analytics
• Experience using AI tools such as Nano Banana, lovable, Claude, Midjourney, or other generative AI platforms for prompting, ideation, and creative workflows
• Ability to craft compelling copy with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with social listening, online reputation management, and trend research
• Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising is a plus
• Photography and videography experience is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
