C&Q Tech transfer Specialist Full Time

Full Time Contract Title or Role: C&Q Tech Transfer Specialist Location: Gurabo, PR (on-site) Length of Contract: Six Months + Position Description: The Pharmaceutical Tech Transfer Specialist will be responsible for performing the Tech Transfer Commissioning & Qualification activities, related to the manufacturing equipment ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in alignment with stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities:

Provide technical commissioning and qualification support for solid drug manufacturing equipment.

Develop and execute commissioning and qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and reporting.

Support computerized system life cycle in a regulated environment and software quality assurance.

Develop, organize, analyze, and present interpretation of results for operational issues or commissioning and qualification projects of significant scope and complexity.

Apply knowledge of commissioning and qualification principles and practices outside of area of expertise to broad variety of assignments in related fields.

Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Work with different departments in developing requirements and recommendations for equipment.

Work with project managers to complete the validation responsibilities of projects within schedule, budget, and quality constraints. Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.

8+ years of experience managing similar implementation projects within FDA regulated facilities.

Deep knowledge of pharma solid manufacturing tech/process/product transfer methodology is a must.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering) preferred.
