Job Description
The Course Operations & Learner Success Manager plays a central operational role in the Train, Equip, Certify (TEC) program, supporting the delivery of large-scale, non-credit digital skills courses for youth across multiple geographies and partner institutions.
This position is responsible for day-to-day course operations, learner monitoring, and student success support across multiple TEC cohorts, including primarily self-paced courses with facilitated support components. The role supervises Teaching Assistants (TAs) who provide frontline learner support and works closely with faculty, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely course delivery.
The role is execution-focused and learner-centered, ensuring that learners are progressing, supported, and able to successfully complete TEC courses and credentials.
This position is funded in whole or part by sources other than the general operating appropriation and may terminate when funding is no longer available.
Position Salary Range
$51,500-$77,300; to commensurate with education and experience
