Role Description

This is a part-time role to support online training events. Responsibilities include assisting educators with course materials, addressing learner inquiries, providing customer service, and ensuring a smooth learning environment by coordinating and communicating with participants and faculty.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and faculty
• Experience in Education and Training to deliver quality support for course content and activities
• Proficiency in Research to assist with academic and program-related tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI concepts and business applications is a plus
