Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for the Corporate Travel Head, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Corporate Travel Head will oversee all travel-related operations and implement strategic travel programs to optimize cost, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing corporate travel policies, negotiating with service providers, ensuring adherence to budgets, analyzing travel data to recommend improvements, and ensuring high standards of customer service and employee safety. The role also involves collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Tourism and Hospitality management
• Experience in Marketing and promoting corporate travel services
• Strong skills in Research and Strategic Planning for travel program optimization
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and operate within set budgets
• Previous leadership experience in managing corporate travel or in a related industry is preferred
• Proficiency with travel management software and related tools
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
