Corporate Accounting AI SME Full Time NEW

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Corporate Accounting AI SME who will design the “AI-Augmented Controller” curriculum. This role focuses on the internal engine of a business. You will teach accounting teams how to achieve a “Continuous Close” by using AI agents to handle reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany eliminations automatically.

Duties:
* Build modules on setting up AI workflows that perform month-end reconciliations and draft financial statements with zero manual entry
* Show how to use generative AI to turn raw financial data into narrative “CFO Briefs” and predictive cash-flow forecasts
* Design training on using AI to extract financial obligations from thousands of contracts (ASC 842 compliance) in seconds

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
