Role Description
This is an internship role with Corcoran Icon Properties, located on-site in San Mateo, CA. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to the real estate industry, supporting operations related to client communications, property listings, research, and office coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with customer service tasks, gaining insights into commercial real estate processes, and supporting marketing or sales initiatives with the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Knowledge or interest in Residential and Commercial Real Estate for supporting projects and gaining industry insights.
- Ability to assist with Sales activities and strategies under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach with an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office software and technology; familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus.
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a related field of study such as Business, Real Estate, or Communication is preferred.
