We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer‑focused Contractor Sales & Warehouse Support Associate to join our growing team. This is a critical role that blends contractor sales support, customer service, and warehouse operations. You’ll work directly with contractors, inside sales, and warehouse leadership to ensure every order is accurate, on time, and delivered with exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

Contractor Sales & Customer Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for contractors— in person, by phone, and via email
• Enter, manage, and verify orders with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide product knowledge, pricing support, material calculations (square footage), and quotes
• Proactively follow up on backorders, special orders, expected arrival dates, and pickups
• Troubleshoot order issues such as damages, mis‑picks, or incorrect materials before they leave the desk
• Upsell complementary products and recommend solutions that add value for customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our values and sets us apart

Warehouse & Operations Support

• Accurately pull, stage, and securely package orders based on delivery and pickup schedules
• Assist with loading customer pickups and delivery trucks according to routing and weight distribution
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety standards
• Utilize inventory, customer, and shipping software to create labels, packing slips, and documentation
• Consolidate pallets, put away materials, and maintain inventory integrity
• Report inventory shortages, inaccuracies, or damages to warehouse leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and contractor area
• Support team members to improve workflow efficiency and meet daily operational goals

• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment that includes both office and warehouse duties
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the day
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn products and participate in ongoing training (e.g., Schluter, Wedi)
• Forklift experience a plus (not required)

Pay: $25.04 – $30.15 per hour
