What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from program teams and stakeholders
- Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Organize UAT feedback and document issues during testing sessions
- Maintain alignment between multiple tracking sources and reduce duplicate requests
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and structured follow-ups under Senior BA guidance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of experience with Business Analysis or technical delivery environments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with Jira (or similar) and strong documentation practices (Confluence or similar)
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, support-oriented mindset
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based workflows
- Experience supporting UAT/test planning and converting requirements into test scenarios/cases
- Experience in rules-driven environments with a focus on eligibility and compliance
- BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
