Job Title: Contact Center Agent
Work Mode: 100% Remote (Based out of Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will use call center experience, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, adapts quickly to change, and always maintains professionalism.
