Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Program Representative to support submarine construction activity and increased integration demands across major Navy programs, the team is expanding to support higher production volume and tighter cost/schedule performance goals. This Program Representative will support the Program Integration Directorate and work closely with Operations, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across major submarine programs.
Daily responsibilities include:
Facilitating and driving key decisions to achieve targeted construction and production results
Meeting regularly with Operations, Engineering, and functional departments to monitor progress and resolve issues
Tracking and analyzing financial and performance reports to identify trends, risks, and required corrective actions
Monitoring execution across both the COLUMBIA and VIRGINIA Class submarine programs
Ensuring integrated staffing/resource plans across shared functional areas
Supporting cost, schedule, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Establishing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identifying enterprise-level risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Skills and Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, business, or related field
Strong data analysis skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing or influencing teams
Engineering background
Prior experience in operations, purchasing, or shipbuilding/manufacturing environments
