Construction Lead – Patio Cover & Pergolas Job in Idaho Falls,ID
ShadeWorks offers an exclusive line of MOCKWOOD™ Patio Covers and Pergolas that help homeowners extend their home’s living space to the outdoors. Our products are constructed from aluminum building materials which offers outstanding low maintenance qualities and lifetime warranties. We have one of the best reputations in the industry for quality workmanship and customer service. We’re looking for someone to join our team who will share our vision of providing amazing customer service and take pride in the work they do.
Hours are generally Monday – Friday, from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. However, you may be asked to work some overtime or travel on occasion.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and has a strong understanding of residential construction.
Opportunity to move into a lead position with 25% or more pay increase within 3-6 months.

Job Responsibilities
Construction of MOCKWOOD™ shade pergolas and patio covers.
Required Qualifications
- Framing or other construction experience required.
- Comfortable working on 6’ or 8’ ladders.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to be on time to work every day.
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
- Good driving record with no DUI’s in last three years.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work well under limited supervision.
