Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled construction laborer that will be responsible for performing manual work on construction sites, assisting with building repairing, and maintaining structures and infrastructure. this role requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site preparation by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up materials
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, jackhammers, saws)
- Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
- Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, or other materials
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and barricades
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Direct traffic or assist with site logistics when required
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Basic knowledge of construction methods including framing, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and glass or fixture installation
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Willingness to travel between job sites as needed

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
