Curbs Gone Wild is a rapidly growing company looking for motivated General Laborers to join our team. This is a dual-role position that offers hands-on training in two growing specialty services: decorative concrete landscape curbing and holiday/permanent lighting installation.

During the spring, summer, and early fall, the primary focus of this position will be assisting with the installation of decorative concrete landscape curbing. In the late fall and winter, the role will transition into installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting, as well as assisting with permanent lighting installations.

This is not just a basic labor position. We are looking for people who want to learn valuable specialty trades, take pride in their work, and grow with a company that is expanding quickly.

Specialty training will be provided. The right candidate must bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a real desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with decorative concrete curbing installations during spring, summer, and early fall
• Help with job site preparation, setup, installation, and cleanup
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, lighting, and equipment
• Assist with concrete mixing, curb installation, finishing, stamping, and sealing
• Transition into holiday lighting installation and removal during late fall and winter
• Assist with permanent lighting installations as needed
• Safely use ladders, basic tools, and installation equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow direction from crew leaders and learn proper installation techniques
• Respect customer properties and represent the company professionally
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Support the team in completing high-quality projects efficiently

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights during lighting season
• Previous construction, landscaping, concrete, hardscape, or lighting experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable and show up on time
