What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues across a variety of systems
• Perform advanced repairs on desktops, laptops, and related electronics
• Install and upgrade components (SSDs, HDDs, RAM, CPUs, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy through thorough testing and software validation
• Evaluate and improve cosmetic condition of devices
• Maintain efficiency while producing high-quality, consistent results
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in computer repair and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong working knowledge of desktops, laptops, and components
• Ability to handle both routine builds and complex repairs
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
