Computer Science Faculty Full Time NEW

The University of Saint Francis is excited to announce the search for our next Computer Science Faculty.

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in our Creative Arts and Digital Media Pathway beginning August 15th, 2026. The position requires a specialization in Computer Science with experience, success, and interest in offering Computer Science curriculum including data analytics, programing (c#, python, and visual basic), networking, and databases. The teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring). Other responsibilities include consulting with the Assistant Dean of Creative Arts and Digital Media Pathway and Program Director. The Computer Science Faculty is responsible for the instruction of computer science courses, oversight of the computer science laboratory, advising and curricular initiatives of the computer science programs and related minors. This position should demonstrate professional development and a commitment to collaboration and service within the Pathway, across the University and in the community. The successful candidate must be able to advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University. Rank and salary are dependent upon the appointee’s qualifications and experience. A candidate with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area required; advanced degree is preferred for this position.
