Where You Fit 

Reporting to the VP of Market Access, the Communications & Media Associate will shape how Clairity communicates with the world across our website, media, and social channels. This is a high-visibility role responsible for translating complex healthcare technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. 

You will work closely with the leadership team to drive external communications, media engagement, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing ability with speed, strong judgment, and a high bar for quality. 

What You’ll Do 

• Write, publish and maintain content across websites, press releases, and social media channels. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for media outlets and journalists, cultivating and owning long-term relationships that drive consistent, high-impact coverage. 
• Maintain consistency and quality across all external communications. 
• Capture and amplify real-time opportunities into high-impact content across channels. 
• Ensure our brand narrative is accurately and compellingly represented across earned media channels. 

What You Bring 

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Exceptional writing and communication skills; clear, concise, and persuasive. 
• High ownership mentality; you follow through without being asked twice. 
• Fast-moving, curious, and highly responsive to emerging opportunities. 
• Strong judgment; you quickly learn what matters and what doesn’t. 
• High standards, strong internal drive, and ability to sustain performance over time. 

 Nice to Have 

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated industries. 
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content optimization. 
• Experience with PR tools and media monitoring platforms. 
• Background in science communication or technical writing. 

Compensation and Growth 

• Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience and capability)
