Commercial Roofing Foreman Full Time

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead roofing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing systems, framing, and restoration projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for each phase of the project.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery to perform roofing tasks including installation, repair, caulking, flashing, and waterproofing.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site by conducting regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions for team members.
• Manage daily site activities such as heavy lifting, masonry work, metal stud framing, tile laying, stucco application, welding tasks, carpentry work including trim carpentry and frame carpentry, as well as plumbing or masonry components when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial roofing experience required
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Knowledge of roof coatings, repairs, tear-offs, and roofing systems
• Ability to read work orders and project scopes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• OSHA certification is a plus

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
