Commercial Flat Roofer Full Time NEW

Michels Roofing a division of M.M. Schranz Roofing, Inc. is 115+ year old family owned and operated commercial roofing contractor in Wisconsin. We are looking for self-motivated individuals willing to learn the roofing trade and grow within our company. Education is provided both through the roofing union’s apprenticeship program and on the job training.

Roofer Responsibilities:

· Removal of existing roofing systems and installation of various types of new commercial roofing systems

· Roof maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Able to work overtime, weekends, Saturday, Sunday and/or Holidays, as needed
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Pay is based on Experience/ Union Scale
• Must be able to safely climb a ladder to a minimum height of 25’
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
