Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mesquite, TX, for a Collections Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing the collections team, managing debt recovery processes, analyzing collection metrics, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding balances. The role requires direct communication with clients, monitoring compliance with policies, and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will also implement and refine collection strategies to meet financial goals and work closely with management to ensure all processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Debt Collection and Finance operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve collections processes and outcomes
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive conversations in a professional manner
• Customer Service skills to ensure a respectful and supportive client experience
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to collections management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of the bail bonds industry is an advantage but not required
