Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, reliable and hardworking Co-Chef to join our team. A chef with experience in both running a kitchen (working the line when needed) and banquet work. Someone without an ego that can work along side our team and help elevate us to the next level. We have a great chef, but he needs good help. We are growing and need to add to our kitchen crew. We need a Co-Chef that can help create specials, design plating and coordinate catered events. Someone with passion but understands how to change gears and put out great food with speed and accuracy.
We operate two restaurants out of one kitchen, with two distinctly different menus plus we do catered events at the same time (separate kitchen line). Pay will depend on experience. You just need to be worth it. Work days are Wednesday -Sunday 11 am until close.
