Job Title: Clinical Floater (ABA Therapy Clinic)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Clinical Floater to join our growing ABA therapy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about supporting both client progress and overall clinic operations.
As a Clinical Floater, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of care by stepping into sessions as needed, assisting with material preparation, and helping maintain an organized, welcoming clinic space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for ABA therapy sessions as a substitute therapist when needed
- Support clinicians by preparing therapy materials and organizing supplies
- Assist with general office upkeep, including cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
- Help ensure a smooth daily flow within the clinic
- Collaborate with team members to support client goals and progress
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment for clients and staff

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
