Role Description

This is a part-time, contract, remote role for a Clinical Advisor. You will work directly with the founder and engineering team to validate our intervention library, review grounding technique sequences for clinical accuracy, and consult on treatment protocol decisions across the product. This is not a rubber-stamp role. We need someone who will push back when something is wrong. You will advise on clinical language across the app, articles, and provider materials, and help shape how we measure recovery outcomes without reducing people to metrics. Expected commitment is 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• ICGC, CADC, or equivalent gambling counseling credential
• Active practice treating gambling disorder or recent clinical experience
• Comfortable giving direct, honest feedback to a product team
• Experience with CBT, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction approaches
• Ability to review digital intervention sequences for clinical accuracy and safety
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Experience consulting for health tech or digital therapeutics companies is a plus
• Familiarity with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) billing codes is a plus
• Published research or clinical writing in gambling disorder is a plus
