Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role (20–25 hours per week) for a Client Success Manager / Onboarding Specialist, with opportunities for increased hours and responsibility as the company grows.
In this role, you will lead onboarding calls with new clients, guide them through account setup, answer questions, and serve as their primary point of contact throughout their experience with Ampifi.
You will work closely with our operations and campaign teams to ensure clients are successfully launched, supported, and achieving their goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working directly with customers, and is comfortable leading video calls and managing ongoing client relationships.
Please note: This role requires availability for client meetings during standard U.S. business hours, primarily in Mountain and Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding calls with new clients
* Guide clients through account setup and campaign launch
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
* Respond to client questions via email, chat, and video calls
* Conduct periodic check-in and strategy calls
* Track onboarding progress and ensure clients complete required steps
* Coordinate with internal campaign and operations teams
* Identify and resolve client challenges proactively
* Maintain accurate client records and notes
* Help improve onboarding and customer success processes over time

Qualifications
Required
* Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to confidently lead Zoom meetings and client conversations
* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred
* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Project Management
* Experience working with e-commerce brands
* Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
* Experience using CRM, project management, or customer support platforms
* Startup or agency experience
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
* Equivalent professional experience will also be considered

Availability Requirements
* Must be available for client-facing calls during standard U.S. business hours, primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time
* Ability to attend onboarding calls, client check-ins, and occasional internal team meetings during business hours
* While the schedule is flexible, applicants should have consistent availability during the workweek to support client needs
