Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Specialist, based in Troy, MI. The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting client retention efforts. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, assisting with customer questions, maintaining professional communication through various channels, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Ability to manage client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a bonus
