General Summary
Perform various Human Resources duties to include payroll for the accounts, filing, receptionist functions and provides support to management team. Assists with training and tracking training hours. Provides outstanding customer service and maintaining a good image for CBRE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers, etc. and computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation.
Complete work schedules, manage calendars.
Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms.
Responsible for the assignment of motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance of freight or passengers and compiles lists of available vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a clerical position.
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Proficiency with Excel
Strong knowledge of office procedures.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Customer service orientated
Able to lift 20 pounds
Working Conditions
Be able to stay in one area for extended period of time, may require to push, pull, stretch, kneel as needed.
Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., but generally not to the point of being disagreeable.
