Cleaning Team Member – Fast-Track to Senior Cleaner Full Time NEW

Are you stuck at your current cleaning company with small raises and slow promotions? Dallas Housekeeping Co is looking to bring on another W2 employee!

We are looking to bring on another W2 employee to grow with our company. Our goal is for this person to be promoted to a Senior Cleaner role within the first year.

– You will earn $18 per hour including drive time with the goal of increasing to $20 at 3 months!

– You will be treated with respect and expected to treat your team members and our clients with the same respect.

– You will use the best equipment and will always have the things you need to complete the job.

What are we looking for?

• You have 1+ years of residential and commercial cleaning experience with another cleaning company (Vella, Dallas Maids, Molly Maids, Gmaids, The Maids, etc).
• You are dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation.
• You want to grow with our business for the long-term.
• You are able to work on weekends and evening for commercial cleanings if needed.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.

What will you be doing?

• Cleaning residential houses
• Cleaning kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.
• Doing an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client’s expectation
