The opportunity

We are looking for capable, motivated independent contractors to deliver Claude implementation and AI solutions work for our clients. You will help design and build practical Claude-powered solutions, integrate them into client systems and workflows, and help finance and operations teams actually adopt them. If you are early in your AI journey but eager to specialize, we will invest in getting you certified.

What you’ll do

• Support solution discovery and design, then help configure, deploy, and optimize Claude models and Claude-powered applications
• Integrate Claude with client systems, data sources, and workflows
• Design and test prompts and multi-step AI workflows
• Build Claude-enabled finance and FP&A deliverables such as variance and forecast narratives, scenario and sensitivity analysis, reporting, and model documentation
• Produce clear documentation and help end users get comfortable with the solutions

What we’re looking for

• Strong aptitude for learning new tools quickly and working with technology
• Some exposure to AI or large language models (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar); hands-on implementation experience is a plus, not a requirement
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with business stakeholders
• Motivation to complete Claude certification, which we sponsor
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong pluses

• FP&A, financial modeling, or broader finance domain experience
• Familiarity with prompt design, automation, APIs, or integrating software tools
• Experience training or enabling end users

Engagement details

• This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment; you control how you deliver the work and are responsible for your own taxes and equipment
• Remote, with scope, timeline, and rates defined per engagement (Statement of Work)
• You will maintain your own professional liability (E&O) insurance and complete a background check
• Engagements are project-based; this posting is not a guarantee of a minimum amount of work
