Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Product Officer. The Chief Product Officer will provide strategic direction for the product roadmap, oversee end-to-end product management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This individual will lead the product team, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and drive the successful execution of product initiatives from ideation to launch.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to shape innovative solutions and align with business objectives.
• Experience in Project Management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are effectively executed.
• Proven ability in Team Leadership and mentoring, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Track record of success in Cross-functional Team Leadership, collaborating with diverse teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, product management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the personal care, beauty, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
