Insurance eligibility, billing assistance, prior authorization, drug safety, clinical trial matching, prescription management, scheduling, and a morning clinical brief — all running today at ehr.fanoni.ai.

We built what most health tech companies are still pitching on slides.

Now we are bringing on a physician co-founder — not because we need help figuring out what to build, but because the next chapter of this company belongs in clinical hands. The providers who will use Fanoni deserve to see a physician’s name behind it. The health systems we will sell to will want to speak to a CMO, not just an engineer. The clinical community moves on trust, and trust in medicine is built by physicians.

The opportunity

You would join as CMO and co-founder with meaningful equity. You would own the clinical voice of the company — the relationships, the strategy, the credibility, and the direction. The technical work is handled. Your job is to take a product that already works and make it the standard of care for AI-powered clinical practice.

This is not a role where you advise from a distance. This is a seat at the table.

Who we are looking for

A physician — MD or DO — who has spent enough time in medicine to know exactly what is broken and enough ambition to want to fix it at scale. You have a network. You have credibility. And you are ready to do something with both.
