We’re seeking an ambitious, proactive, and confident Associate Consultant with strong communication skills who will sit at the intersection of sales and recruitment. You’ll be building relationships with clients in private equity, asset management, and investment management, understanding their hiring needs, and finding the right technology professionals to fill them. You’ll also be sourcing and speaking to candidates, managing the process from first conversation to placement. It is fast, it is varied, and the financial upside is real.
Although there is a great deal of autonomy, don’t worry! You will be supported with structured learning and development from the moment you walk in the door that includes full onboarding and induction with your Team Lead, regular one-on-one training sessions, and an environment of proven performers to help you continuously develop.

Base Salary: $47, 500
