COMPANY DRIVER POSITION
We pay :
-60 cents per mile for a dry van
-70 cpm reefer
-guaranteed pay of $2300 for a flatbed+ $75 for tarping weekly !
You can earn a clean check from $2000 up to $2500.
Our package includes a fuel card that provides discounts at Flying J and Pilot gas stations, and you will be driving trucks that are fully equipped with a new mattress, fridge, and inverter.
You will be driving 3000-3200 miles per week, and we offer a weekly direct deposit (1099 position) every Friday.
Our drivers typically work for 2-3 weeks and then get up to 4 days off.
We also offer detention pay, and cash advances, and allow pets and passengers. Additionally, we provide extra stop and longevity bonuses, referral bonuses, safety bonuses, and clean level 1,2,3 inspection bonuses of up to $500.
To join our team, you must have a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT physical, and be at least 23 years of age with at least 2 years of OTR experience.
Please note that every driver must pay a $2500 Escrow, which can be deducted with $100 from your weekly check. This money will be under your name and can be taken back once you leave the company within an additional 45 days.
Additionally, every driver must pay $50 occupational insurance, which covers any medical issues while driving for us.
The pay for this position is $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year.
WE ALSO HAVE LEASE TO OWN POSITION AS AN OPTION.
Get paid 75/77% or 88% of the gross revenue ( if you go with 75% from the gross revenue in the 25% that we keep you have included: trailer rent (REEFER & STEPDECK), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service. If you go with the 77% with the 23% that we keep you have included: trailer rent (DRY VAN OR FLATBED), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service.
If you choose the 88% from the gross revenue plan in the 12% that we keep it is only the dispatch fee included and you pay for the other services separately
This is the price of the services separately if you decide to go with the 88% of the gross revenue where you have only the dispatch fee included (we have only new trailers):

Average weekly gross pay from $6,000 to $9,000 clean weekly check from $1500-$3500 per week depending on your efficiency and dedication to generating your revenue.

Provide your own IPASS or EZ PASS, all owner operators are responsible for the tolls.
The driver is responsible for the fuel. We will provide you with a fuel card and it will be deducted from the driver’s paycheck on a weekly basis.
The corporate office is located in Westmont, IL. After being accepted you will need to come to our office to complete the setup process. We will provide you with transportation.
Valid Class A CDL
At least 2 years of OTR or Regional truck driving experience.
