Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CDL – A Hydroseeder operator to join our dynamic landscaping and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial CDL – A truck equipped with hydroseeding machinery to efficiently apply seed, mulch, fertilizer, and soil amendments across various project sites. Your expertise will help transform landscapes, promote healthy growth, and contribute to the beautification and erosion control efforts of our clients. Duties

• Safely operate a CDL – A truck with hydroseeding equipment to perform landscape restoration, erosion control, and turf establishment projects
• Prepare and calibrate hydroseeding mixes according to project specifications, ensuring optimal application quality
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the hydroseeding machinery and truck to ensure peak performance
• Collaborate with team members to plan daily routes and project schedules for efficient job site coverage
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance logs

Requirements

• Valid CDL – A license with a clean driving record and experience operating commercial trucks
• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction industries preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; strong attention to safety protocols
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and assisting on diverse projects
