Carpenter/Carpenter’s Helper Full Time

Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter or Carpenter’s Helper, where you’ll play a vital role in building, repairing, and restoring structures across various projects. Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation using hand tools and power tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and metal stud framing as needed.
• Support fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet setup, and flooring or tile laying tasks.
• Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation.
• Operate CNC machines for fabrication or assembly tasks when required.
• Maintain safety standards by handling heavy lifting properly and using appropriate personal protective equipment.

Experience

• Prior experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, or schematic interpretation is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with various construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Restoration industry experience including water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and schematics accurately.
• Previous roles involving remodeling, fixture installation, siding application or drywall finishing will stand out.
