Caregiver/CNA Full Time

Responsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate appointments for Care4All Caregiver, LLC clients.
– Manage and maintain the scheduling system
– Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients.
– Ensure accurate and timely communication between patients, caregivers and other staff members.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling

Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using phone systems and scheduling software
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules
