Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Care Support Specialist. The Care Support Specialist will assist clients by addressing support inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining open communication to ensure client needs are met efficiently and empathetically. Day-to-day activities will require collaboration with team members to identify and implement solutions for clients.
